Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at our upcoming expo! By submitting your vendor application, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Application Approval: All vendor applications are subject to approval. We aim to ensure that the vendors align with the theme and purpose of the event. If your application is not approved, you will be notified accordingly.

Booth Assignments: Booth sizes and locations are assigned based on availability and approval. We reserve the right to assign booths at our discretion to ensure a balanced and well-organized event layout.

Vendor Requirements: Vendors must provide all necessary materials for their booth, including tents, tables, chairs, power, signage, and any other setup items.

Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit or full payment may be required upon registration. All payments must be received before the event, and any unpaid balances will result in the cancellation of your booth reservation and refund will be given to any paid portion.

Set-Up & Breakdown: Vendors must adhere to the set-up and breakdown times provided by the event organizers. Late arrivals or early departures may result in additional fees or removal from the event.
