10x10 Outdoor Booth: $550

Includes 3 vendor badges per 10x10 booth. Additional vendor badges are $10 each

(Vendor badges are ONLY to be given to people working the booth)

Electricity $150

2-5 Booths: 5% off

6+ Booths: 10% off

All 10x10 booth vendors are required to supply their own pop-up tent, tables, chairs, electricity, and any additional necessities

Gun Show Arena Pricing

6 Table Island: $750

Minimum of 6 tables required, additional tables available (on packed dirt)

Includes 3 vendor badges per 6 tables. Additional vendor badges are $10 each

(Vendor badges are ONLY to be given to people working the booth)

Electricity $150

All gun arena vendors must bring their own chairs and electricity

Vendor Setup and Show Hours

Thursday, September 11th, 2025

Vendor Move-In: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

All vendors MUST BE checked in and operating their booths by 8:30 AM each show day

​

Friday, September 12th, 2025

Vendor Entry: 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM

Show Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Saturday, September 13th, 2025

Vendor Entry: 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM

Show Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Sunday, September 14th, 2025

Vendor Entry: 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM

Show Hours: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Move-Out: 4:00 PM
